I'm Davina de Nobrega, and I've called Reigate home for over two decades. Property and interior design have always been my passion — the kind that turns four walls into something people genuinely love coming back to.

My journey began in Belgium, where I made my very first property investment and renovated it from the ground up. I went on to secure a contract with NATO, hosting their engineers and learning first-hand what corporate guests truly value: comfort, consistency and a place that feels like home away from home.

When I moved to the UK, I followed the traditional path most investors take and bought a buy-to-let. It didn't take long to realise I wanted to do more — to build something with greater purpose, higher standards and a deeper connection to the people living in our spaces.

After working on private property renovation projects, I was lucky enough to meet the right people at the right time who gave me the confidence and knowledge to start Portfolio Living. But my motivation has never wavered: to help fellow landlords grow their portfolios safely, confidently and profitably — while giving every guest a stay they'll remember for the right reasons.

I understand today's market challenges intimately, and I'm here to add real, lasting value — to the landlords who trust us with their assets, and to the guests who trust us with their stay.
